Various forms of language use in social media characterize digital culture as part humanities. It is fundamental to be able get some knowledge knowing the behavior people using platforms, because nowadays communicate via digital. Digital communication a valid text that does not happen suddenly it can considered something passive. This paper important so reader about choices and patterns communication. investigated variety phenomenon YouTube commentaries. The goals such investigation were reveal semantic pattern these online communicative events. Applying qualitative diachronic approach research used comments on channel discussing family vacation throughout 3 years period, from 2019-2022. Using Halliday’s theory choice, revealed three groups choices, which choice for identifying logical fallacy, statement feeling ridiculous behavior.
